Now 26 years old, he found himself riding his new horse through a dark feild one night. Without warning he was struck in the side with a crossbow bolt. When he woke, his horse was gone and so was his money. He gauzed up his wound and continued to travel, having no idea who took his stuff.
A week later he met a startlingly beautiful young woman while he was cleaning the very infected wound. She put a healing poultice on it and introduced herself and Harmony Kincade.
She gave him a place to stay and tended his wounds without requireing payment. He insisted he had to pay her with taffy, but with the amount he ended up just feeding her it was unneeded in the end. They became quick friends, then much to his surprise passionate lovers.
Both were scared but slowly they've developed a bond so strong that Jacen does not believe he could live without her and she without him. He proposed quickly, even tho she knows very little about his past. He knows he needs to tell her more, but he's afraid she'll leave him... especially now that she's pregnant with his child.
