Months into his survelance of the women he found himself following the one called Saha through the woods. She sat down for some reason and he caught the glimmer of a firearm not far away. He fired off a shot knocking the man dead from the tree. Figuring his cover blown already he darinly walked out in front of her over to the body and cleaning it out and so they met.
After a might bit of talking over several days Cody revealed that he was dying of cancer, this for some reason did not set well with Saha and she immediately cured him of the horrid disease and also of his dehabilitating leg injury. Surprised and feeling things he'd never felt before he decided to try and talk more and it wasn't long before they were getting closer and closer.
Finally one day in the enchanted forest, in a passionate moment on the edge of giving her his virginity he made a poignent choice in his life, he asked her to embrace him. She did and in the same moment their passion erupted into a blinding night of heat, love, and blood thirst.
Happy for once in his life he settled as smoothly as he could into this new life with Saha. However, his own insecurities would again show their face before long. They were in a park together, he was holding a ring in his hand unknown to her as an old friend or lover he wasn't sure which showed up. He went silent as always and within minutes thought that this man was an old flame come to rekindle what was lost. He moved away from them, clearing his mind so she could not see what he was doing and prepared to kill himself to save her the choice. Unbeknownst to him she could still feel his emotions and came to look for him, but at the last moment he chose not to do it and instead the shot hit behind him and he hurled the gun into the bushes. She came running and after a long emotional dispute they were quickly wed.
Many things have happened in his life since then, they moved into her keep, he met her daughters Megan and Kayla, her son Balus and the rest of her ENORMOUS family. He did not feel he fit in well but he did as best he could. Shortly following the birth of what would be known as his 18 grandchildren through Megan, Saha gave birth to their first set of children together, triplets that they named Cale, Ansis, and Licinia. An odd assortment as when they delivered Cale was a dragon, Licinia a human and Ansis came out as an egg and needed more time before full delivery. As different as this was he took it in stride and became a wonderful father.
Most recently he got a big surprise, he was called to the ranch of a family friend and his step son in law's grandmother Saphire FireStar. When he got there he was presented with the greatest gift and compliment a man could get. Megan and Kayla, daughters Saha had from a previous marriage, had had their biological father's DNA removed and his implanted instead, making them biologically children. Having long loved them as his own and them him he broke down into an emotional mush ball for the first time in his life. It was a breathtaking moment in his life and he only looks forward to more of them, waiting for them with open arms.
