Sacchi advises Ancelotti on Del Piero

Former AC Milan and Italian national team coach Arrigo Sacchi has handed some advice to Carlo Ancelotti concerning Alessandro Del Piero.

According to Sacchi, Del Piero has been given more than enough time to solve his problems on the pitch, now it's time for a different solution:
"Since this therapy has failed so far I'd say it's time to leave Alex out of the team. This should not be perceived as a punishment for the player but as a way to let him regain his equilibrium and that peace of mind that he is so evidently missing these days. Maybe if he was to sit on the bench for a while the attention of the media would shift to other things and he would finally be left alone. Only this way it would be possible to solve the problem quickly."
