Del Piero dismisses conspiracy

ALESSANDRO DEL Piero has
remained philosophical despite the controversial refereeing decision in
Juve's 4-1 defeat to Lazio on Sunday.
The Juve legend has remained
impartial admitting that every team gets an unfavourable decision by a
referee once in a while. He said: "I don't want to put the referee on trial.
I know our fans are angry for all of this but everyone makes a slip sometimes.
This time the mistakes happened to be made during an important match and
the referee's decisions were against us, but this doesn't mean that there
is a conspiracy against Juve just like there has never been any conspiracy
against other squads. Collina did make a mistake." But I can honestly
say that at the end of the season the favourable and unfavourable decisions
you get throughout the season are about the same. I think we should all
realise that even the referees can make mistakes at times."
