As it had already happened to Alessandro Nesta, Alessandro Del Piero also leaves Italy training camp. The Juventus fantasista was a victim of a sprained muscle that made him leave the Tardini field on Sunday evening, and that now makes him unavailable for the friendly against South Africa.

On Wednesday the player will have medical exams in Turin. Del Piero will probably miss next Sunday's match against Lecce. In any case, Juventus' medical staff certainly won't force his recover since, seven days later, there will be the big match at the Delle Alpi with Roma.
