Juventus tries to get on top of Serie A as well as of the hit parade. Today Friday the 31st "Il mio canto libero" is realized with the original song by Battisti-Mogol and recorded by all Juventus players. It's the latest action promoted by the club in favor of "Un sogno per il Gaslini" ("A dream for Gaslini"), the association that since two years is moving the project to refurbish the San Gerolamo Abbey of Quarto - beside Gaslini Hospital - to be prepared as buildings for hospitalized kids and their families.

A unique event in Italy, a complete club that performs in a recording studio and not only on the pitch. Beside watching them every week playing now fans can also listen them singing one of the biggest hit of Italian music history. "Il mio canto libero" is the result of all players enthusiasm in the chorus and of the six that gave their voices for solo parts: Alex Del Piero, Ciro Ferrara, Antonio Conte, Gianluca Pessotto, Gianluca Zambrotta and Gigi Buffon.

This CD contains also a video of the song, made thanks to Anna Agnelli directions, with studio's images and other works prepared for Gaslini in the past.

The album is completed by other songs performed by famous Italian artists that have taken part to this project completely for free: Alexia, Franco Battiato, Subsonica, Gianni Morandi, Daniele Silvestri, Eros Ramazzotti, Paola e Chiara, Michele Zarrillo, Bluvertigo, Ron and Enrico Ruggeri.

The cover is a similar to the original but those arms are this time the players ones with the official shirt. This CD has been produced by Sony Music and is on sale for 15,45 euros, all revenues will be given to the Association "Un Sogno per il Gaslini".
