Lot has about 60 meters of river frontage by 452 meters of depth; this lot has the best scenic spot of all the farm,- a wide, narrow, shallow river with very scenic gentle rappids, one can walk across this stretch of the river. Nice building site in front of the river. Setback distance exception on this lot. Upper half of the lot is a tableland of small shrubs, and has many building sites. Lower part of the lot is gravelly hills that descent steeply toward the riverfront. Seasonal spring/brook separates lot from lot 21A. 10 meter road allowance on north side. This irregular lot has about 50 meters of river frontage, and abutting some of the best riverfront spots on Public Reserve, including magnificient Calistro Waterfalls; this lot has the best direct existing road access, road leads directly to the nice swim spot of pink sand. This is my(Alexander) favorite swim spot, I swim against the current; river here is of medium width; pink sandy river bottom can be seen through crystal-clear water. This large riverfront lot has about 40 meters of river frontage with direct existing road access. Tableland of small trees/shrubs comes right to the riverfront. Easy access to Public Reserve and some of the nicest swim spots of the farm. River here is swift, not so wide and not so deep; east side of the lot has afew acres of marsh that is not counted into the 50 acres. 50 acres is of dry land. Lot 25 is irregular lot, 36.15ha/90.3 acres; $20,334 has same description as lots 26, 27 Lot 39 is irregular lot, 24.71ha/61.77 acres; $16,214 has the same description as lot 26, 27 Lots 46 to 53, 100 acres of dry land; $22,500. These lots border a marsh of about 400 meters wide that separates the tableland from the river; river here is generally of medium width with many attractive sandbars and swim spots. Each lot has been allocated 100 acres of dry land,-tableland of small trees/shrubs. Marsh area is included in the overall acreage and has been imbedded with each lot, free of charge. Marsh can be grazed, and used for some innundation loving crops. These lots have on map a river frontage, however, access to the river through marsh is difficult, unless a trail is laid by dumping a lot of sand on the marsh. Marsh is upto knee-deep. Access to the river is through established trail/10meter road easement running east to west. Access to the river is also possible through a neighbouring farm to the east, as the marsh appears to be converging with tableland toward the east, and there may be, yet unexplored, easy access points to the river further east. Many springs run through the marsh, water is of bottling quality. Riverfront itself is a dry, wooded strip of land with possible building sites, and many attractive swim spots of pink sandbars and scattered palms.
