GAIA

Gaia, the living planet.  This has been a subject of much debate and controversy.  James Lovelock was one of the first to take a scientific look at this - from the window of his orbiting craft.

James Lovelock was an astronaught scientist and he saw something that very few people in history have ever seen.  He saw the Earth from a distance and knew right there that there was more to it than just a planet.  He saw it as a living, breathing organism called Gaia.  On this page I will be exploring the Earth, our
