JC sat in the restaurant fidgeting nervously. She would be here any minute and he could hardly wait to meet her. They had been talking on the phone for almost three months now and although he had yet to meet her, his feelings for her were overwhelming. He knew it was wrong, she was dating one of his best friends, but for some reason he just didn't care. They had met innocently enough, he had called to talk to Justin and she had answered the phone. They hit it off instantly and soon they were talking every night. She called some nights and they would talk and laugh till dawn. This was usually about the time Justin came in from who knows where. He would kiss her briefly and go upstairs to sleep half the day away. Usually around noon he would call her up to their room and make love to her, it was never romantic or gentle, always forceful and unfulfilling. She had long ago stoppped giving JC the details of her relationship with Justin. When their friendship started to move in a new direction she felt that it was unfair of her to tell him everything. "JC?" She asked timidly as she approached the table. His head snapped up at the sound of his name and when he saw her he smiled widely. Standing he pulled her into his arms and held her for what seemed like ages, he kissed her briefly on the cheek before sitting back down in the booth. "Did you have any trouble finding the place?" He asked softly. "No not at all, your directions were perfect...thank you." He reached across the table and took her hand in his, she gasped softly at the feel of his touch and smiled. "I was actually a little afraid you wouldn't come, I'm glad you did." "Me too...I think." He saw her mind start to wander and gripped her hand tighter. "Don't, don't think. I want to have you with me completely, just for the weekend, that's all I ask." She nodded and smiled. "There is something I really need to tell you Madison..." JC sighed looking down at the table. Her smiled faded quickly and she tried to pull her hand away. He held tightly to her and looked at her very seriously. "I'm in love with you." Her eyes began to sparkle as tears fell onto her cheeks. JC quickly moved to her side of the booth and gently wiped the tears away. "Don't cry baby, please." "I love you too." She said it so softly he almost didn't hear her. When she looked up at him though he knew what she'd said without having to ask. Their eyes remained locked as he lowered his lips to hers. Only when their lips touched did they allow them to close. He pulled back gently resting his forehead against hers as they both sighed deeply. "I think maybe we should get out of here." He whispered, she nodded in agreement and moments later they were in his car heading down the freeway. He kept his hand resting on her leg the entire way to the small house he had rented for the weekend. He had a much larger home in town but felt that she would be more comfortable on "neutral" ground. After placing her bags in the bedroom and freshening up, Madison joined JC on the small deck overlooking the ocean. He had remembered to bring a bottle of her favorite wine and he handed her a glass of it as soon as she appeared to be comfortable in her chair. She thanked him as she took a small sip, closing her eyes to savor the taste. They sat that way for hours, talking and drinking wine. They didn't even notice the darkness enveloping them until Madison shivered slightly. JC looked around, almost startled that night had fallen. He suggested they move their conversation inside. They stood to head inside at the same time, almost bumping into each other. Madison giggled and looked up at JC, he was smiling too but in a different way. He brought his left hand to her neck and moved it slowly upward unti his thumb rested on her cheek. He moved his head slowly until their lips met. She tasted of wine and the sweetness of her lips urged him further. He parted his mouth slowly and ran his tongue across her lips. She pulled back for only a split second before melting into his arms. His free arm snaked around her waist, pulling her as close to himself as he possibly could. She could feel his growning excitement against her and it only increased her own. He stopped the kiss only for a moment to lead her inside. He lowered them gently onto the couch and pulled her close once again. She thought back to all the times they had talked about this very moment. No matter what they thought then could have prepared them for the intensity of the electricity between them. JC kissed along her neck and jawline, drawing excited breaths from her. As his hand slid lower to cup her breast she moaned loudly. He lifted her shirt over her head and let his mouth leave a trail from her neck to the top of her jeans. She entwined her fingers in his hair as she begged him not to stop. She tugged at his shirt and easily slipped if off. Her hands roamed to his now bare arms and back. She could feel the power he held in his body and became more urgent to see all of him. |
