| Part One She had changed drastically in the past five years. She had become stronger, more independent, and much more self confident. A great part of this change was due to the five men she worked for. The men of Nsync had taken their time in warming up to her and she to them, but once they had clicked there was no separating them. People often asked her what she did, and she always laughed and told them it would be easier to tell them what she didn't do. In reality she no longer knew what her job title was. She was nurse, friend, baby sitter, consultant, business advisor, and the official shoulder to cry on of the group. As she sat in yet another hotel room, this time in Orlando, she thought about each of the men that were so important to her life, her only family. Chris, the comedian of the group. The one she turned to when she was feeling down, and the one who turned to her for serious matters. The other guys found it hard to take him seriously and so he came to her. Lance, the quiet, yet strong member. He was most often the one she stayed in with on nights the others went out. The one who enjoyed just sitting and watching tv with her. |
