This is Larry's cockatoo Stormy, adding his own grace and beauty to the garden.

This is Koko, Jo-Ann's scarlet macaw.  Already Koko's vocabulary is over 100 words and still growing!  Look mom - I'm gorgeous!

This is Debbie's L'il Maniac, beloved friend and companion.  Sadly, L'il Maniac flew away one day.  Although Debbie does have another darling to love, no one can replace L'il Maniac.

Lulu was beloved by her mommy Andrea, but an unethical bird-sitter lost Lulu the one and only time they ever had to go away and leave her somewhere.  If you find a good bird-sitter, it's worth paying to ensure your baby is returned to you safely and unharmed.

Make sure your bird is banded or microchipped, and both you and your vet have the numbers recorded.

Junior the harlequin macaw is the apple of his mommy and daddy's eyes, although they do love their entire flock.  Few people have the skills and knowledge to hand-raise baby macaws, but you can tell Junior was VERY well fed! That's him on the left, as well as on the right.

Mickey the black-headed caique  is one of Junior's house mates, and you can see he is also very well loved - and quite the swinger too!

Julie loves her baby blue and gold macaw Pogo, who loves to demonstrate his playfullness and beautiful colours.  Such lovely feet, Pogo.

Parrots do love to play, and Bam-Bam the Senegal is no exception.  Here he illustrates his ability to tame and subdue any swing he wants to!

Petit congo African grey parrot Ruby is a dainty little charmer who brings immense pleasure to her mommy and daddy...

...and her brother Rufis makes mommy and daddy proud with his perfect  military macaw demeanor.  So strong and handsome, isn't he?

Madison, below, just loves to show off to her new family.  Get down with your bad self, Madison!

Ziyal, right, was badly abused before she was rescued.  One wing and her breastbone were broken, and her feet had been badly burned; she had chewed her feathers to the point of self mutilation.  Now she is recovering and rediscovering love with Rocky, pictured below, as well as the family who has rescued both of them.  Rocky was neglected, but thankfully not as abused as Ziyal. Einstein is quite a lovable fella, once you get past his playful beak.  He's brought new meaning to joy and adventure to his new home.  From this angle it appears he loves just hangin' around...
