Phoebe And A Big Mistake
One day phoebe went in the attic looking in the book of shadows. She really wanted to know what piper and paige got for her birthday, so she decided to look for the spell to read minds in it. Once she found it, but before she was able to say the spell piper walked into the attic asking her if she knew where her keys were.
Phoebe told piper last time she saw her keys, they were in the kitchen so piper told phoebe thanks and went back down stairs to the kitchen. Once piper was gone, phoebe got the book of shadows found the spell again and begun reciting the spell.
"As the flame light shadows,
and truth ends fear,
open lost thoughts,
to my willing ear,
may this smoke from this candle,
and to to everything it creep,
bringing inner most voices,
to my mind and speech".
After phoebe was done saying the spell she asked herself,
"Hmm wonder if it worked."
"I guess the only way i'll know is to try it out."
Phoebe then placed the book of shadows back on the stand, and left the attic. Once down stairs phoebe heard paige in the kitchen so she thought she would try it on paige. Without saying a word phoebe walked into the kitchen, went to the fridge and grabbed a bottle of water, then she sat down at the table.
Paige was wanting to know what she was up to in the attic, so phoebe told her she was just looking through the book of shadows. Paige then told phoebe that she thought maybe she was going to clean the attic up or something.
Phoebe said to paige, "Nope, sorry paige i just wanted to look in the book of shadows thats all".
Paige said to phoebe, "OH ok thats the only reason I asked though was because it sounded like you were cleaning up there."
Phoebe the laughed and said no again, then she just sat there until she heard paiges voice so she looked over at paige but she wasn't saying anything, so phoebe decided to ask paige about her birthday gift. So, Phoebe said,
" Paige can i ask you something, What do you and piper have planned for my birthday". Paige then said
" Phoebe you know that things have been planned now dont ask me again".
Then phoebe heard paige again this time she knew the spell worked. Phoebe read paiges mind, when paiges thoughts were that phoebe's party was at p3 and that she had lots of gifts including from piper and her. Paiges thougths that phoebe heard also told her that book she always wanted paige got for her and that cd she kept bugging piper about she got it. And phoebe then showed a huge grin on her face.
Just in time paige looked up and saw phoebe was smiling, so she asked phoebe,
" Phoebe what is with the big smile on your face".
Phoebe replied, " Oh nothing i just have things on my mind".
Paige then didnt think much of it and said ok and left the kitchen. Phoebe knew then and there the spell worked now to see what was on pipers mind. So Phoebe grabbed her keys, told paige she was going out and left.
Once phoebe reached p3 and parked her car she read these other people's minds, she then said,
"That is sick why cant you keep yor thoughts to yourself".
Once inside p3 she spotted piper cleaning the bar she at first couldnt tell what was on pipers mind, then once she got closer she could hear piper had phoebe's party on her mind. And phoebe kinda laughed to herself and went and sat at the bar.
Piper at first didnt notice her sitting there but then she did and then asked phoebe,
" Phoebe I didnt see you come in is everything ok at home"?
Phoebe told piper everything was fine. Then phoebe asked, how everything was going with the club piper told her that everything was going good.
Then paige called the club and asked piper and phoebe to come home. When they got home piper and phoebe wanted to know what was going on. Paige then told them someone tried to steal the book of shadows but she didnt get a look at them because they were dressed in black.
Piper thought that was really weird adn thought it would be a good idea to call for leo to see if he could find out what was going on.
Piper then called for leo,
" Leo, Leo I need to ask you something".
Leo orbed into the room and asked piper what was going on piper said to leo,
" Leo someone tried to steal the book of shadows but we dont know who it was, paige saw them but she couldnt make out who it was.
Leo said " Are you sure it was someone dressed in black"?
Paige said, " Yes i am sure of it, they were dressed in black but i couldnt see their face".
Leo said, " Ok, I'll go check with the elders, you see what you can find in the book of shadows".
Leo then orbed away. Paige then grabbed the book of shadows and began looking through it to see what she could find.
Phoebe asked paige,
" Paige do you know how he got in the attic".
Paige then said,
" I dont know how he got in, I heard rustling and came to check it out, once i saw him he shimmered away".
Phoebe said, " There's a clue, a demon who can shimmer".
Looking through the book of shadows paige came up upon the belthazor, but it wasnt him, he would have aleast tried to go after her.
So paige again continued to look through the book, until leo orbed into the room.
Leo said, "Paige I found out from the elders that there is a demon, that can shimmer and it does dress in black to throw people off basically meaning it does not want to be seen. So it dresses in black, the elders seem to think it wanted the book of shadows so it could turn it evil. You and your sisters need to find away to protect the book of shadows from the demon".
Paige said " Leo we will find someway to protect the book, but first i am going to see if i can find the name of this demon".
Looking through the book paige finally came apon the demon. It was called black demon, a demon like leo said does not like to be seen it goes after the things it truely wants and it will attack when it doesnt get what it wants.
Paige then in there new the demon would be back. The only way you are able to to kill the demon is by a potion.
Paige the called for piper and phoebe, that she knew what the demon was and how se was able to kill him. Piper and phoebe came into the room, paige he showed them what the demon was and both of them what the demon was and both of them read about him.
And piper said, " I guess I better get that potion done then".
Phoebe then heard piper say "What a day and all i wanted was a quiet day to plan phoebe's birthday party".
Phoebe then told piper, " Piper it will be ok dont worry".
Piper said "phoebe i didnt say anything and you have been acting really strange please tell me you didnt cast a spell".
Phoebe said, " Uh no i didnt".
Piper then said " Yes you did you just hesitated, you know your not supposed to use magic for personal gain".
Phoebe replied, " I know piper but paige wouldnt give me a hint to what she got me for my birthday and neither would you".
" Phoeebe, said piper you know that was wrong, i can't believe you did this oh nevermind i can believe you did this".
Phoebe replied " Piper I'm sorry ok I dont understand why you are getting so upset with this".
" Is it because prue and you casted the same spell before?"
Piper replied, "NO and please dont bring that up again".
Phoebe replied, " I am sorry piper i didnt mean for you to get upset".
Piper replied, " Phoebe i know you probably didnt mean it but you shouldnt have done it".
Before phoebe could say another word, piper walked out of the attic, but before she got to the stairs phoebe heard piper say, " Oh and phoebe stay out of my head".
Without another word piper walked down the stairs and to the kitchen.
Phoebe replied, " Oh boy i really made her mad, I hope she wont stay mad at me forever".
While piper was in the kitchen making potions paige notice piper seemed alittle upset. So paige decided to ask piper what the matter was. Paige the walked up to pipr and said,
"Piper whats wrong"?
Piper replied, " Paige did you know that phoebe casted a mind spell to hear our thoughts"?
Paige replied, " NO I didnt know that, that is probably the reason why she has been acting strange today".
Without another word paige went to find phoebe to talk with her. Paige found phoebe in her room hugging a pillow. Instead of yelling at phoebe, Paige just decided to ask phoebe why she casted the spell.
" Phoebe" said paige, " I heard you casted a spell".
" Yeah I did", said phoebe. " I just wanted to know what you and piper got me for my birthday".
Paige then replied, "OH, so thats why piper is pretty mad then".
But phoebe, " Why couldnt you just ask us then?"
" Paige I have tried to ask you and piper but you guys wouldnt really tell me anything, so i decided to use the mind spell."
" Are you mad at me to"? replied phoebe.
" Not really i am just a little confused thats all i dont really understand what made you use a spell for personal gain", said paige.
" Well then can I aleast get you to forgive me asked phoebe".
" I guess so, i dont see any harm done here" replied paige.
" Just promise me this one thing, promise me you wont read my mind" said paige.
With a half smile phoebe said, " Ok i promise i wont read your mind".
The with that paige grabbed phoebes arm and pulled her off her bed adn led her to the kitchen, so that she and piper could make up.
Once in the kitchen paige walked up to piper adn said,
" Ok piper i want you and phoebe to make up right now, you two cant be like this right now we have a demon to vanquish".
Piper replied to paige, " Paige I know we have a demon to vanquish and im not letting my personal problems get in the way right now".
Paige replied, " Uh, piper it seems lik you are , why cant you just forgive phoebe for what she has done i know she didnt mean it".
I can't forgive phoebe because she knows what she did was wrong and who's to say she wont go and do it again" replied piper.
" Piper you need to calm down you are holding to much of a grudge, look just forgive phoebe and let by gones be by gones." " We need the power of three to defeat this demon" replied paige.
Paige then walked to the table grabbed phoebe's hand and had her come with her, she walkded phoebe to the counter where piper was making the potions and then she told both of them.
" Fix this now we need to get to work" replied paige.
Paige left, phoebe then said to piper " Piper i am sorry i didnt mean to make you so mad at me, look i wont cast another spell for personal gain again ok."
Piper then replied, " Phoebe i know your sorry for casting the spell, i am just upset that you read my mind there are certain things that i like to keep to myself".
Phoebe replied, " Piper i understand dont worry i dont know all your thoughts i only wanted to know about my birthday thats it."
" Do you promise that is all you know phoebe" replied piper.
" Yes, I promise thats all i know replied phoebe.
Without another word phoebe and piper gave each other a hug.
Paige then walked back into the kitchen and asked both piper and phoebe if everything was alright. Now, piper and phoebe both said yes everything was fine.
" Great now lets get us some dead demon" replied paige.
Phoebe went up to the attic and set the book of shadows out for the demon, then she left.
Once she was down stairs, piper asked " Phoebe is it set"? " Yes it is, the book of shadows has been set out as bait". replied phoebe.
So they pretend to be doing things until they here rustling in the attic again so they slowly walk up stairs and to the attic they see the demon then paige tells piper to freeze the demon and she does.
Once the demon is frozen the potion piper made is thrown at him. And he unfreezes and starts screaming, then blows up.
" That takes care of him" replied paige. Then piper puts the book of shadows back where it belongs and then walks out of the attic with paige and phoebe beside her.
Once down stairs pheobe, pagie, and piper sit down on the couch.
" Phoebe can you still read minds" asked paige.
" I dont think so" replied phoebe. " But i cant get anything the spell must have worn off"
" Thats good then" replied piper. Paige also agreed then said she wanted something to drink adn asked phoebe and piper if they wanted something they both said no.
So paige, went to the kitchen for a drink and pheobe and paige sat quietly on the couch resting.
