Neera is a female ferilon from Breeder 3. She's a bit vain by nature, but it may a result of the beautiful, soft, silky violet fringes that makes everyone ooh and aah. She is a bit overconcerned with looks, and spends hours of everyday just grooming herself, as if she thinks the groomers don't do their job well enough.
