For instance, since the last fabricated charge of child abuse from ding bat Dog-tor, Dr. Jai Maharaj on or about April 23, 2000, I reported valid instances of Hindu child abuse involving millions of children. This kind of massive child abuse exists in India, that imaginary country which in fact is a sewer, stinking pool, a stagnant and smelly pool of heinous Hindus, rats ridden stinking sewer.

Principal S.K. Katiyaar often called Divendra to his room. But what awaited the 10-year-old student of the Government Visually Impaired School at Mahokar, 8 km from Banda, was no after-school advice. It was sexual torture.

"He would take off his trousers and force me to do oral sex or would sodomise me," said the boy from Allahabad, who became a boarder three years ago. Recently, a few students mustered enough courage and unburdened their troubles to Vivek Singh, minister from the area. It landed Katiyaar, 58, in custody.
Divendra's "bad days" began a few months after he was admitted to the school. He said Katiyaar one day stroked his hair and promised him scholarship money before assaulting him. His fellow students said the principal had subjected most of the 35 blind students in the school to such ill-treatment. Those who refused to yield were tortured; Mangal, 11, for instance, was not given food or water for days. "Ultimately hunger, thirst and continuous bashing broke me down," said Mangal. "I felt if I had to survive I would have to do what he said."
Katiyaar, who is also visually impaired and had been living alone in the school premises, had threatened 12-year-old Dayaram that he would throw him out of the school if he did not obey him. Dayaram said he had been sodomised for five years. While some students complained that the principal held back their monthly scholarship of Rs 550, he rewarded pliable children with Rs 100 or Rs 200.
The boys had no one to turn to: the warden turned a deaf ear to their grievances and there was no other teacher in the school. The five teaching posts have been lying vacant since the teachers had died in a road accident a couple of years ago. As a last resort, under the initiative of 15-year-old Vijay Karan, some students, including Dayaram and Divendra, went to Vivek Singh's residence on April 26, but could not meet the minister. On April 30, they tried again, this time with success. The minister asked subdivisional magistrate Munnilal Pande to frame charges against Katiyaar after suspending him.
Katiyaar maintains that the charges against him are baseless. But the dark chapter has made the mood in the school sombre than ever.

The scene at the wheat fields along the national highway in Basai village was gory on May 2 morning. Villagers going for work saw five bodies soaked in blood. Vijay Singh, Jaipal Singh, Satbir Singh and SugreevÑall Dalits of the villageÑwere dead, but another Dalit, Santhosh was still hanging on to life, though his neck had a deep gash. He was rushed to hospital.

The five men had gone to the neighbouring Alai village for work on May 1. "It looks like they were tortured before they were killed," said Nihal Singh, an elderly villager, pointing to the marks on the bodies.
When a police constable's cap was found under Vijay Singh's body, all hell broke loose. To make things worse, a group of policemen turned up and began lathicharging the crowd. They did not let the relatives take the bodies for funeral. When the villagers refused to move the police opened fire killing one person.
Varsha, Jaipal's wife, broke her arm in the melee. Even the pregnant wife of Sugreev was not spared. "We were kicked on the abdomen and pulled by the hair and we fell unconscious," said Varsha.
Hari Singh, Vijay and Jaipal's father, believes that the police are the killers. "Probably the police wanted them to confess to something. When they did not, the police shot them and dumped them in the field," said the old man, choking with emotion.
Hari Singh was denied access to the postmortem report. He claims that the police threatened him when he tried to lodge a complaint against the officers of Tundla police station. "If I dare to speak my entire family may be bumped off," he said.
The lone survivor Santhosh, who is recovering at Goel Nursing Home in Agra, is unable to speak. His wife Munni is too scared to speak out. She also fears that once he leaves the hospital he would come under pressure to hush up the matter.
