Child Abuse and Hindu Terrorists of America

Child Abuse and Hindu Terrorists of America
My good brother, Dilip Thakore, writes wonderful, researched articles. A
seasoned and savvy writer that Dilip is lacks some bite. The bite of a
cobra, a mama black snake of Africa. Hindu hoodlums have that nasty
attitude, the attitude fully described in their vainglorious chanting of
'Hinduttva,' mantra.
For these shitworms, such our ding bat Dog-tor, Dr. Jai Maharaj, Vinay
Kumar Reddy of Aspen, Colorado rather make up stories of glory that is
India. Ding bat Sudheer Birodkar and his Konkanastha Brahmin bedfellow of
Atlanta, Georgia would rather lie, cheat, steal copyright material, rob
village idiots of India, currently residing in the western countries serving
their lords and masters, white trash Americans as computer coolies and still
have that Neanderthal false pride in a culture which could be summarized as
a sewer culture does pretty much what idiotboy, ding bat Dog-tor, Dr. Jai
Maharaj does. Lie.
The reality of severe child abuse of Indian tots is not a secret any more.
Scientists have judged the effects of such heinous Hindu attitudes towards
their next generation of leaders and workers. When Hindu mothers do not
abort their own female fetuses, they raise female children almost as
domestic slaves. When of right age, children of the poor families, mostly of
lowest Shudra caste are thrown in the job market. Not part time workers of
light and less arduous jobs but the jobs requiring rigorous work that men
cannot do.
In Sivakasi, a famous town in south India these children are forced to
work with gun powder related jobs of making fire works products. The nature
of these jobs can be equated to sending little children working in coal
mines or in trenches in real wars. Filthy and dangerous working conditions,
long hours, back breaking work loads are all part of this heinous Hindu ring
of fire around the necks of little children, both male and female.
When such mundane jobs are lost to these children, the female children are
auctioned off as prostitutes to work in metropolitan cities of Hindu
majority India. The auctions are held in broad day light in open market
places not in the dark inaccessible secret places. The prostitution is a
thriving business as some like Andhra Pradesh Devil worshipping heinous
Hindu millionaire, Lakireddy Balireddy, an American citizen showed by his
actions. Such poor virgins are bought and brought to the United States of
America, just like the old frontier days to serve single Hindu computer
coolies.
What the fuck these feces fascists led by our ding bat Dog-tor, Dr. Jai
Maharaj accusing me of child abuse for? They are terrorists, that's why,
period. Following is an entire article of Dilip Thakore published without
written permission as a direct quote to throttle the throats of jingoistic
dingo dogs like ding bat Dog-tor, Dr. Jai Maharaj, Vinay Kumar Reddy of
Aspen, Colorado and some determined Poona Brahmins chasing me around.
Here we go again:
Local governments in India receive reprimand for new education laws
By DILIP THAKORE

BANGALORE, India--Thank God and the founding fathers of the Constitution of
India-not necessarily in that order-for this nation's independent judiciary
even though it is slothful. Recently their lordships of the bench have seen
fit to deliver stinging reprimands to the governments of the southern states
of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka which had passed reckless legislation and/or
government orders interfering with the medium of instruction, fee structures
and administration of so called elite i.e, English medium, schools in the
two states. Tamil Nadu is a state which boasts one of the highest adult
literacy rates in the country and which despite the worst efforts of the
state's politicians, still has a reputation for nurturing several dozens of
excellent primary, secondary and tertiary institutions of education.
Nevertheless some six months ago the state government felt obliged to pass
an order mandating all schools affiliated to the state's examination board
and government-owned and aided schools to compulsorily switch to Tamil as
the medium of instruction at the primary level (std I-V).
Though this order spared top-of-the-heap schools affiliated to the
Delhi-based CBSE and ICSE boards, contrary to the government's expectation
there was widespread protest against the order and not a few parents went to
court to challenge its constitutional validity. And last week a bench of the
Madras high court ruled the order unconstitutional on the grounds that it
abridged the rights of minorities and minority-run institutions and was also
violative of the fundamental right of parents to choose the medium of
instruction in which they want their children to be educated. The government
order, said the court, was not only violative of the Constitution of India
but also of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of which India is a
member signatory.
Likewise in neighboring Karnataka a division bench of the high court struck
down a government order which had imposed a ceiling on the fees chargeable
by managements of independent unaided schools affiliated to the CBSE and
ICSE boards. This government order which 'allowed' the managements of
independent schools to levy a one-time capital expenditure charge provided
the amount was not more than the annual fee, was the latest move by the
state government to impose its writ upon the state's English medium schools
which over the past many decades have won themselves excellent reputations
for providing global standard education. Not content with having run the
state and municipal government-managed urban and rural schools into the
ground, politicians and bureaucrats cutting across party lines are keen to
impose their control over these asset rich and much-in-demand institutions.
The latest judgement which follows a court ruling declaring the imposition
of Kannada as the medium of instruction in all primary schools illegal, has
come as a rude shock to the levelling down plans of the state's "educrats."
One would have thought that with 90 percent of the country's schools owned
and managed by them, the Central and state governments would be working
overtime to upgrade them and would have little time to interfere with the
administration and management of independent and unaided schools which have
thus far managed quite well on their own. But it is in the nature of
government and bureaucracies to feed upon themselves and expand the ambit of
their control. And the reckless ease with which state governments and their
"educrats" have bent state owned and particularly rural schools, to their
will had obviously emboldened them to attempt to extend their writ over the
better-managed urban English medium (usually) minority-run schools.
But as they have discovered to their cost, its not as easy to brow-beat and
bamboozle the educated urban middle class as it is to ride roughshod over
the dreams and aspirations of uncomplaining rural citizens. This class is
well aware of its constitutional rights and the growing importance of
English as the language of international business and commerce in the
rapidly emerging global marketplace. And fortunately, despite the sustained
efforts of the political class to pack the courts, their lordships of the
bench have repeatedly demonstrated that on education issues they have their
feet firmly planted on the ground.
The stinging rejection of the courts of the populist school education
levelling-down efforts of the Tamil Nadu and Karnataka governments is
further proof of the common-sense wisdom of the judiciary and of the
founding fathers of the Constitution who decreed the separation of powers in
the constitutional schema. Unfortunately government interference in the
affairs of independent and aided schools is often unwittingly encouraged by
parents who are given to addressing protests relating to fee hikes,
admissions and other administrative issues to government. This is
ill-advised as "educrats" welcome such protests as the thin end of a handy
wedge. The appropriate forum for the discussion of such issues is the PTA
(parent-teachers association) and not the education ministry of the
government. Inviting government intervention or arbitration in the internal
affairs of school administration is a sure-fire prescription for the gradual
levelling down of academic and other standards. You have been warned!
Sid Harth..."Brahmin bastards, thugs, rascals, rogues and ruffians have not
seen the end of this argument, mark my words, I shall drive these nasty
Neanderthals, nincompoops to the Hindu hell where they belong, not in the
United States of America."
