Of Intolerance, Indulgence and Inbred Indians

DH News Service filed a report in Deccan Herald, a major news paper published from Bangalore that bothered me. The news is not unusual. It is sort of public acknowledgement of a nature of public malaise. The remedy part of this malaise appears to be noble and gives the false impression that someone is doing something about some three thousand five hundred year old social cancer.

There is a case that society is faced with uncontrollable monster of injustice, injury and inept system of justice. Some three hundred million people have been enslaved. All kinds of laws are broken, including but not limited to laws of morality and humanity by section of Hindu society.

The oppressing party to this heinous treatment of three hundred million people happens to be always having power over the oppressed class. Nothing helps and no efforts bring permanent relief. The constitution guarantees equality and justice to all, including to this large number of Hindus referred to variously as 'untouchables,' 'Shudras,' 'Dalit,' 'Scheduled Castes' and 'Scheduled Tribes,' 'SC/ST.'

Hindu religion solemnized a racial division of society on account of foreigners uprooting the various unrelated native societies. White trash Aryans, among all other non native tribes somehow either destroyed or dominated the shape, size and status of the native tribes.

The strong and hardy native tribes chose independence of some sorts. They ran away from conflict as best as they could and occupied the lands which did not interest the invading Aryans. Some remained aloof to the machinations of white skinned marauders the others accepted the lowest, the dirtiest, and the meanest roles in a new society of white trash Aryans.

Aryans themselves destroyed their racial purity by having free sex, I mean it, with the native women and diluted their genes. This is not acceptance of the natives in their midst as the progeny of such illegal and immoral acts of marauding Aryans grew as years passed.

The initial Aryan structure served the society as the divisions were nominal and fluid. Subsequently such divisions became rigid to the extent that no one caste would have anything to do with other castes in the sense of being equal.

The top priestly caste of Brahmins gotten away with murder as they wrote the law and not only allotted themselves the powers which could not be tampered with but managed to introduce an element of injustice sanctified by religious edicts.

Social discrimination is part of life in any society including the most egalitarian and progressive societies of the west. The difference in such social discrimination in the west as against similar instances in Hindu India are enormous. Blacks suffer as many injustices or perhaps more in WASP society of the United States of America. The laws are written and enforced to reduce if not totally eliminate social injustices.

Nothing helps in India. There are thousands of laws, perhaps tens of thousands to deal with enslavement of the lowest caste in Hindu society. The upper caste members percolate to the top. They have more education, more jobs and job opportunities. More social awareness including the awareness to redress the past injustices. More social reformers came from the Brahmins than any single other upper castes.

Granted that years of injustices cannot be removed with laws, courts or public prosecutions of those who commit crimes against the members of this forgotten natives. Good laws cannot replace good conscience. Hindus lack this necessary ingredient, an essential component of remedy. The will to overcome their own Demonic dominance.

In Karnataka, as in any other states in the union laws do not protect the weaker sections of Hindu society. The number of violations are too numerous to get minute scrutiny and proper justice. Karnataka state went into overdrive on account of recent tragedy involving murders of seven Shudras who may or may not have committed crime.

The nature of this assault by bunch of upper caste Hindus turned the heads in the government as the minister in charge of taking care of such injustices happened to be from Shudra caste. He would not allow any such criminal acts and nobody in their right mind would condone murders and mayhem.

President of India is one of the so called Shudra caste, technically speaking, as the laws provide help only to those who remain faithful to Hindu religion. Those who abandoned the Hindu religion and became Christians or Muslims have no such legal remedy. It is strange but perfectly normal in a feces fascist ruled fucked up society of Hindus.

The argument is that Hindus recognize caste divisions and non Hindu religions such as Sikh, Muslim, and Christian have no such religious divisions. The chairman of the committee which was entrusted with a new constitution of India, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, was such a Shudra, a Mahar from Maharashtra. Having served Hindu society and new Hindu majority nation, India, Dr. Ambedkar found it worthwhile to protest against Brahmin domination. He chose to convert to Buddhism. His followers followed suit and became Buddhist.

Like a magic, government of India removed all these neo Buddhists from the welfare programs as the law only allows remedy to Hindu Shudras. Later, political necessity and public pressure made this technical error to vanish in parts. Muslim Shudras, Christian Shudras and Sikh Shudras still are denied any help.

If Karnataka initiative augurs a new thrust to solve problems of Shudras it is a welcome step not a final solution. Laws cannot dictate the morality. Hindu upper caste immoral behavior cannot be punished by any number of legal tweaking. Fifty plus years of independence and strong laws have not eliminated gruesome crimes committed against Shudras and Tribal of India.

Here is what Deccan Herald news report says about heinous Hindus of India, simply pathetic.

Mobile courts soon to try SC, ST atrocity cases

DH News Service

BANGALORE, May 22

The first meeting of the State-level Vigilance and Monitoring Committee under SC/STs (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, which was held here today decided to launch mobile courts to try SC/ST atrocity cases.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Social Welfare Minister Kagodu Thimmappa said the mobile courts were being launched in view of huge pendency of SC/ST atrocity cases in courts. Around 4,000 cases were pending disposal in various courts. The pendency did not come down even after the government set up special courts in six districts.

The minister said the High Court would be requested to spare the services of a sessions judge for the mobile court. The High Court would also be requested not to burden the special courts with routine cases so that they could concentrate on trying SC/ST atrocity cases.

The minister said the meeting also noted with anxiety the abysmally poor rate of conviction in SC/ST atrocities case. There was not even a single conviction in the cases disposed of after 1998. There were two convictions in the cases disposed of in 1996 and in the next year there was only one conviction. The number of atrocity cases reported was 1,283 in 1996 and 1,252 in 1997. The main cause of the low rate of conviction was lack of evidence. Witnesses in most of the cases either did not come forward or backtracked for various reasons.

In order to address the situation, the meeting decided to arrange for on-the-spot payment of travel allowance and a day`s wages to the witnesses coming forward to depose in such cases. At present, this payment was unduly delayed and for getting the payment, the witnesses have to make repeated trips to the offices concerned. Delayed payment is as good as non- payment for them, the minister observed.

REHABILITATION: The meeting further decided to work out a rehabilitation package for the victims of the atrocity cases. Though, the government has been rehabilitating the victims of the atrocity cases, separate government orders needed to be issued for every such case now. Once the rehabilitation package was worked out, it would be uniformly applicable to all such cases, the minister said.

The meeting further decided to appoint Home Secretary S Mariswamy as nodal officer for the state-level committee. It was also decided to have district-level committees headed by respective deputy commissioners. All the deputy commissioners would be asked to constitute the committees within a month, failing which action would be taken against them.

He said measures would also be taken to create an awareness among the people against atrocities on SC/STs. The awareness campaigns would be launched by involving eminent social workers. Social Welfare Director M R Kamble has been asked to work out the details of the programme.

The minister said that the constitution of the state-level committee itself was delayed for long. The act was enacted in 1989 and the rules were framed in 1995. Under the rules, it was mandatory for every state to have a vigilance and monitoring committee, but in Karnataka it was not set up at all until he himself took interest. The notification setting up the committee headed by chief minister was issued on May 20, he said.

The meeting chaired by the chief minister was attended by Home Minister Mallikarjun Kharge, Women and Child Development Minister Motamma, Forest Minister K H Ranganath, all SC/ST legislators and MPs from the state, DG&IGP C Dinakar, Home Secretary M B Prakash and Social Welfare Secretary Tara Ajai Singh, among others. The committee would meet again in July to review the implementation of the decisions taken today.

Sid Harth..."Goddamned Hindus of America cannot deny the reality that inhumanity and injustice reigns superior in their sewer of a country, India."
