| For the healthiest roaches, I spend A LOT of time each week preparing a ground-up food. Here is what I feed my roaches: Kaytee Cockatiel or Parakeet food, ground up into a fine dust. Then, I soak it in olive oil to soften it up and aid in it's digestion. While still wet, mix in some powdered calcium supplement, like what you'd put on feeders for herps. Last, sprinkle some fish food flakes ontop of this. The roaches will love you for it! I do sell Roach Meal, please e-mail me if you are interested. |
