This is my Shania Twain
experience. This is the first time that I have ever seen
Shania
live. This show was EXTREMELY
ENTERTAINING!!!!! First, her opening act
from Canada put on an impressive
folk music and dancing show. That was
very interesting. At 8:00 Shania
came on the stage. The show was
televised live on DirecTV as a
pay per view event. Even though my seat
was a ways from the stage, I
could see Shania close up on the big screen
TV. The first song was "Man! I
Feel Like A Woman!" . While this was starting a
large curtain of white sparks
fell behind the stage. That was impressive
by itself. We all stood up and
danced along with Shania. That added to
the excitement of the show. The
next song was, "Honey, I'm Home." During
this song, they set off fireworks
on the stage and Shania sure made it a
song to remember! Later, she did
"Holding On To Love..." and some lucky lady came up and sang
with Shania.
(I thought that was a cute
moment.) I can't seem to remember what happened next for
now.
Later in the show she delivered a
a touching solo version of "From This
Moment." I think that the special
lighting and Shania's touching
delivery gave the impression that
this song was dedicated to us fans.
The most unexpected part of the
show was at the end of "(If Your Not In
It For Love) I'm Outta Here!"
when she disappeared under
the stage. Moments later, Shania
was carried through the audience on the
floor and back to the stage to
finish the show. The final song was "Rock This Country." I
think this should
be the theme song for the tour.
Of course, I like the fact that 'Texas' is mentioned in the
song. That was
the end of my most memorable show
in a long time. My rating from 1-10
with 1 being the worst and 10 the
best. 9.999. I'll leave some room for
the next show.
Don't miss your chance to see
Shania if she comes to your town, it's a night to
remember!
