I have been granted promotions several times from my previous last employers, which could prove my capabilities and qualities. I have also involved in implementing and designing the information systems, reviewing the current workflow for re-engineering purposes, documenting the working procedures, maintaining and developing internal controls for last those companies. employers. ·         To overview of MANAGEMENT REPORTING requirements, including preparation of consolidation pack for the Group, products-focused performances report for Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region namely Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, Philippines and Australia, compilation of senior management reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc), analyses of variances/performance monitoring ,  conducting cash flow forecasts/projections for any new products launched to identify  to what extent the impact on liquid capital.

·         To be in charge of ACCOUNTING functions, including review and preparation of monthly reporting packages (profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow statement), conducting annual budget planning and  budget variances analysis, developing and maintaining accounting systems and liaison with auditors and regulatory  authorities. 

·         To be responsible for STATUARY ACCOUNTING functions, including review and preparation of regulatory bodies returns (such as HKMA returns and SFC Financial Resources Rule), Hong Kong SAR Census and Statistics returns (monthly, quarterly and annually), giving responses to any inquiries for any variances and methodology of completing the returns.

Ø      Assistant Manager - Accounting Department

To be in charge of ACCOUNTING functions for the company and the company subsidiary, the Bank of Yokohama (Asia) Ltd., which were including preparation of financial and management reports, financial reporting packages for the Group company in Tokyo, statutory reporting HKMA returns and HK SAR Census & Statistics return, vouchers processing expenses payment and expenses budget planning, liaison with auditors and regulatory bodies. Assisted and prepared for annual accounts audit and profit taxation computation.

The Hokkaido Int’l Finance is a subsidiary of the Hokkaido Bank Ltd., the listed company in Japan, which were established in Hong Kong in 1991, mainly providing and arranging syndication loans for multi-national corporations, placing investments on Asian financial and equity markets, trading of foreign exchange and other derivatives products.

  • To be responsible for all accounting and administrative functions for the company, including preparation monthly financial book closing, year-end audit and tax computation , preparation of regulatory and management accounting reports, statutory returns and management information reports, audit and tax schedules. Liaised with the local banking regulating authority and external auditors. Assisted and prepared for annual audit and profit tax computation. Involved in annual budgeting process and conducted budget variance analysis.
