Set your browser fonts to #10 and give this a try.

Problems should be addressed to your physician or your technician.

The following is a color spectrum against a black background.
Black backgrounds and bright colored text are a common preference among many low vision users living in a sea of fog.
Without color control [and customization] magnification only makes everything larger, brighter, and the fog thicker.
The theory is there is good reason for why auto fog lights are yellow or gold; and traffic lights red, yellow, and green, can be seen best at night.
For some MS Windows pastel filled color screens can set you awash in a sea of light.
The alternative is to set your MS Windows , Browser, and Applications, color controls to the colors you see best against a black background.
In Windows remove the pastel filled screen frames and use only the highlights to outline the frame edges in colors you can see.
Be aware, present black text tags can disappear against black backgrounds.
Be sure to select bright text colors and give your custom selection over-ride authority.
If you think you are missing something against a black background, hold down your mouse button to highlight the area.
The area background will go to white and the text should show up.
You can try this below, directly under: 12. Color.
A word of caution, if you have normal sight, screens set to these colors and combinations can make you feel sick.
