This program is a text to speech script for the blind or visually impaired for use on Internet Relay Chat [IRC].
This package requires a copy of windows, a sound card, and a PPP (internet) connection.
Uncompress the zip file into a directory on your hard drive named Listen2.
Then read the readme.txt files that are included.
This is a "free" full featured, full function, demonstration of an IRC Chat, Text -To- Speech, Screen Reader.
