Welcome to the ugly VNC section of my website.
Located here, you will find a few "HQX" and "SIT" files...
The first and second are VNC viewers for PowerPC, the third is a VNC viewer for 68k.Next up is a client app that works kind of like a security camera. it uses the same engine as the rest of my macintosh clients, but allows you to build a list of machines to monitor. It displays the screen of each machine for 5 seconds (If I remember right) in a round robin fashion, and if you double click on the window it will display a full VNC client window of the currently displayed machine so that you can start controlling a it if you so desire.
In addition, for those of you out there in need of non intel tools, I have compiled version 3.3.3r1 of AT&Ts viewer and server for Windows for the Alpha processor.
Also, I have written a little readme for those of you that aren't mind-readers, to give you the lowdown on what features my viewers have...
Last, but not least, I have great news for those of you who have been patiently waiting for me to get my act together: I have completely dumped my plans to create a newton viewer... Steve Weyer, whose name is known to anyone who owns a newt, has written not just a client, but both a client and a server. Thank you very much Steve.
Stay tuned for any updates, new binaries, or other stuff. thanks
Tim
