The hat works is the first museum
in the country dedicated to the hatting industry and millinery. Visitors
will see original working machinery, hat making demonstrations and a range
of hats both historical and contemporary from around the world. The site
also has a workshop and exhibition space providing a showcase for up and
comming milliners.
