Some notes on spells: I considered all the available classes when determining the placement of these spells. I choose not to add to the Warmage's spell list, though I was considering the shockwave spells and battle augury there. At the end of this file (After the spell lists) there are a selection of Prestige classes with spell lists, and where these spells would fit in.

Battle Augury
Divination
Level: Brd 3, Clr 2, Pal 3, Sor/Wiz 3, Dusk 3, Hex 2, Wuj 3

This spell grants minor premonitions in battle, granting a +2 insight bonus to Armor Class and Reflex Saves.
Arcane Focus: A set of battle plans for a battle that is over.

Blundagaron's Armor

This spell grants a +4 armor bonus to armor class, and grants a DR of 1/-. The damage reduction increases by 1 for every 10 caster levels (DR 2/- at 10th, 3/- at 20th, etc.).

Blundagaron's Greater Shockwave

Spell Resistance: Yes

This spell creates a sonic wave that harms others and knocks them down. This spell deals 2 dmg/level to all creatures within range (to a maximum of 40 points of damage) and knocks them prone. All affected creatures are allowed a Reflex save to avoid being knocked down and take half damage from the spell.
The spellcaster may choose to have the spell not affect certain creatures within range, but only a number of creatures up to 3+the caster's key ability modifier.
Objects and Constructs take 1d6 dmg per caster level (to a maximum of 20d6), but are allowed a Fortitude save for half damage.
This spell deals half damage in the area of a silence spell. It does not affect ethereal or incorporeal creatures.
Arcane Focus: A wooden staff.

Blundagaron's Shield

This spell works like the shield spell, except it only grants a +2 shield bonus to AC, and it grants a +1 deflection bonus to AC.

This spell creates a ray of energy that is harmful to creatures native to the plane of shadow. Such creatures, if hit, take 1d6 points of damage per caster level (to a maximum of 15d6). They are allowed a fortitude save for half damage. Objects or creatures created through the shadow spells like shades or shadow conjuration instead make a Fortitude save or be destroyed.
Arcane Focus: An unlit candle.

Drake Trueheart's Forcelance

This spell creates a line of force that destroys all in it's path. All creatures and objects in the area of effect take 1d6 points of damage (to a maximum of 15d6) and creatures are allowed a Reflex save for half damage. Objects are allowed a Fortitude save for half damage.
Arcane Material Component: A cone made of silver (worth 2 gp).

Xanthe's Bible Bashing

This spell creates one book per 2 levels up to a maximum of 7 books. These books contain the dogma of Xanthe and help to spread his word. The books are created above the target and fall upon them with great speed, each requires a ranged attack roll to hit, a successful hit causing 1d6 points of bludgeoning damage. The spell is subject to damage reduction.

Xanthe's Bookstorm

This spell creates a shower of holy books which spread the dogma of his faith even further. In addition to containing the scriptures of his faith, the books are heavy and pelt each person in the area of effect. Those within the area can make a Reflex save for half damage, unless the caster attempts to help aim the spell. If the caster aids the books aim, a ranged attack roll can be made at each creature within the area, in which case no saving throw is possible if the attack roll is successful. This spell deals 1d6 points of bludgeoning damage. The spell is subject to damage reduction.

Each piece of parchment requires a ranged attack roll to hit, a successful hit causing 1d6 points of slashing damage. Also, the sheets can be split at multiple targets as long as they are within the area of effect. The spell is subject to damage reduction.

Xanthe's Magical Papercut

The spell is subject to damage reduction, but the sheets are treated as magic weapons for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction.

Xanthe's Metalline Papercut

This spell creates one sheet per level up to a maximum of 15 sheets. These sheets are rigid pieces of parchment, infused with magic that speed towards the target and slice them to ribbons. Each piece of parchment requires a ranged attack roll to hit, a successful hit causing 1d6 points of slashing damage. Also, the sheets can be split at multiple targets as long as they are within the area of effect. The sheets of paper are made of a metallic substance the same as is used as the material component. The spell is subject to damage reduction, but can bypass damage reduction as if it were made of the same substance used as the material component.
Material Component: 100 gp of a single type of metal.

Blighter: The Blighter (from Complete Divine) can add Bone Block to her second level spell list.
Knight of the Chalice (from Complete Warrior) can add Battle Augury to her third level spell list.
Mortal Hunter (from Book of Vile Darkness) can add Battle Augury to his third level spell list.
Apostle of Peace (from the Book of Exalted Deeds) can add the Deity's spells to their list at the same levels as for clerics.
Champion of Gwynharwyf can add Battle Augury to her 3rd level spell list.
Vassal of Bahamut (from Book of Exalted Deeds) can add Battle Augury to his third level spell list.
Disciple of Thrym (from Frostburn) can add Cloud Cushion to his 1st level spell list.
