Evil Phil was conceived in 1995 as a character in the, would have been world renowned, video game: Eduardo the Game. Back then he was known as Phil, Prince of Insufficient Light, however that was pointed out to be a direct ripoff of a Dilbert comic. So now he's just Evil Phil, not quite as witty, but neither is Phil. Evil Phil is the bad guy in the Eduardo universe, he is the entity that represents all that is mostly bad. He is the overlord, the overlord of Heck. And to top it all off, he wears a cape. A black one. The septor he carries is the Evil Septor of Eternal Darkness. With it, one can summon the deepest darkest evil from the bowels of Heck and bring upon the world everlasting night. Phil doesn't know how to use it so he just hits people in the head with it. Which isn't a very nice thing to do, it's really quite heavy. Another thing about Phil is that he is an idiot. I'll leave it at that.
