RDALL = All guns, ammo, keys, and inventory

RDMOONSHINE = Drink moonshine
RDCLIP = Clipping on(and off if typed again) (walk through walls)
RDMEADOW"XYY" = Warp (X=episode(1-2), YY=level(01-07))
RDSKILL"X" = Restart level w/new skill level (X=0-4)
RDSHOWMAP = Show full map (off if typed again)
RDUNLOCK = Opens all doors and unlocks locked doors (off if typed again)
