You fly to Shanghai.

Susie in the plane

Flying to Shanghai will give you time to try to learn more about the activities of the international terrorist group. You leave early the next morning and arrive at Shanghai in the evening. Jean-Claude's train won't arrive until later the next day, which gives you plenty of time to discover whatever you can. For now, you need to sleep off your jet lag.

Early the next morning, you're ready for action again. You consider that you could begin looking for Xu Huang. That might be a good use of your time until Jean-Claude's train arrives. On the other hand, someone may be meeting Jean-Claude at the train station. If you stake it out, you might be able to spot Jean-Claude's Shanghai contact.

Will you try to find Xu Huang? Or will you stake out the train station?
