This is a very special award. It will only be given to those exceptional pages that have touched my heart, that are a little master piece. It cannot be
applied for, I will give it away to those pages that I find surfing or to those that apply for Catalunya's GOLDEN Award and impress me deeply.

This is the easiest award to achieve. You just have to find grandpa's lost barretina and let me know the message that Mortimer has given to you.

You just have to make sure that your web fulfil the following requirements:
- NO adult content pages. NONE of it!
- NO comercial sites.
- NO pages with just links or pages "Under Construction".
- NO bandwidth thieves.
- NO pages that promote any kind of discrimination.
- AND I must be able to read it! (that means: catalan, spanish or english).
The criteria will be based, mainly, in:
- Design (your own graphics, harmonious whole...).
- Technical Skill (error free, no broken links/images, creative...).
- Content (useful information...).
After reading these basic conditions, you can apply for the award. These are NOT an easy awards to win. Your home page has to be good enough to deserve it! Remember that I'll e-mail you if you've won.
