I had a request for some Snake Cult conversions to fit in with an existing army. The figures supplied were Cossack Clergy figures from Old Glory's new range. They just needed some minor modifications to remove the crosses and gunpowder weapons.

The figure on the left in the the first photo was the most extensive. The original figure had a pistol in his belt, and was carrying a large crucifix. The pistol was hacked off, and the now blemished spot was covered with a pouch sculpted in two steps (pouch, then the flap over top). The crossbar pieces were snipped off, and a putty band and tassel covered this. Two holes were then drilled, in transversely, the other into the top. 24 gauge wire was epoxied in, to act as teh frame for the cult symbol. This was based on the standard from the begining of the Conan the Barbarian film.

The rest of the figures were minor. Cutting a cross off the book and covering it with smooth putty, another pistol removed and replaced by a small pouch/belt sack, and a couple of snakes wrapped around crosses hanging from the necks of two figures.
