Lady Larceny Turns Pirate.

11/991.This announcement was posted in Rayal City by the Port Authority, and sent to Second Sanctum by a trusted correspondant:
The brigand known only as Lady Larceny, who operated and terrorized the island of Alteraks, in the Laboc Sea, has been reported to be in command of a ship. All travelers of the routes between Coastlands and Steafanoes are advised to be on watch for a small caravel in the service of Lady Larceny, and intent upon piracy. This ship is to be considered a vessel of lawlessness and is thus subject to summary punishment in accordance with naval regulation. Anyone who spots this outlaw ship, its crew or its captain, are to report them immediately to the nearest authorities.
Further, it is considered lawful for this pirate vessel to be captured, disabled, or destroyed by any means necessary, in order to protect the common good of sovereign Ladish waters. Should this vessel be removed from operation, a reward of five thousand [5000] crowns will be awarded to, and divided equally among, those lawful subjects who brought this about. An official declaration of want will be posted in the near future.
The notice was verified through diplomatic channels, as an official notice by the Civil Authorities of Rayal City. Second Sanctum also endorses this announcement to be the truth as we know it.
