Greetings and Honour,
It has been a long time since someone bested me in such a splendid and masterful display of axemanship, young Armiger. I congratulate you with the fullest enthusiam and sincerity. You do your Companie proud, and it was an honour to match skills with you. I look forward to great things from you, Rigel, and I am loathe to be disappointed!
Your students also speak highly of your humble and generous manner. I expect that you shall receive your Knighthood in but a few short years and, if I have not been put out to pasture by that glorious time, I demand an opportunity to use the techniques which you have imparted to me, against you in another contest of skills. Of course, you may refuse this future challenge, but I would like to think that you would give an old man a chance to redeem himself.
In the interim, please feel free to call upon me at any time to impart an honest and favourable word about your conduct and skill, to any who would think less.
With regards,
His Royal Majesty's Humble Servant,
Crusader Knight Sir James Eller.
