Night Mare

  Something’s chasin’ me.
Interrupting reality.
Running through the air.
All ye sleepers must beware.
For your time has come to take a ride.
And all your fears you can not hide.
To them you will travel there…
Upon the Night Mare.

You try to run away.
But you’re not safe unless it’s day.
You hold your head up high.
And you see her coming from the sky.
For your time has come to take a ride.
And all your fears you can not hide.
As the wind rushes through your hair…
Upon the Night Mare.

Since I’m asleep she will carry me.
To the limits beyond reality.
Your soul is the price they have to take.
If you ride while you’re awake.
Hide from day and hide from light.
Cause she’s magic of the night.
Here to give you fright.
Keep your life in sight.
Time to be aware…
Of the Night Mare.

This horse-like entity.
Is bringing my dreams to me.
This torture give me fright.
As I battle through the night.
For my time has come to take a ride.
And all my fears I can not hide.
As she runs I have to stare…
At the Night Mare.

Since I’m asleep she will carry me.
To the boundaries of reality.
As she gallops you start to shake.
And your feeble mind begins to quake.
Awake by day asleep by night.
Maybe you won’t but then you might.
Die from pure fright.
The noose is way too tight.
Now you have no right.
If you believe you will be there…
With the Night Mare.

For your time has come to take a ride.
And all your fears you can not hide.
As the wind rushes through your hair…
Upon the Night Mare.
