Cheats
Goto MS-DOS or MS-DOS Prompt (assuming you're using a PC), and goto your SimTower directory. Type:
DEBUG FILENAME.TDT [FILENAME.TDT is your saved game file name]
E 102 ? [? = stars you want to have, 6 is tower]
E 106 FF [FF = the maximum amount of money]
W [write/save]
Q [quit]
I strongly suggest you make a backup copy of your saved game first, because this might screw up your saved game.

SimTower Hex Edit Utility

A cheat program for SimTower that enables you to change the funds you have available and stars for your towers. It's the same as using DEBUG, but it's much easier to use if you can't figure out how to use DEBUG.
You will need VBRUN300.DLL to run this program.
