-Responsible for developing custom reports comprising requirements analysis, report
design/specification, report development and testing reporting programs by using Crystal
Reports Prof., SQR Workbench and Visual SQRIBE. Assessed, managed and
reported project progress by using MS-Projects.
-Developed software program to generate reports based on the design specification to meet
business needs. Developed through testing strategies and scripts to ensure accuracy and
completeness of reports. Responsible for delivering quality work products within
aggressive deadlines.
-Coordinated and/or provided training to users, I.S. staff, and other dept. personnel in the
use of computer systems, reports and equipment.
