"The Chig Military has recently announced a new officer with ships placed somewhere near the edge of their space. By convention we were allowed the following information : Major Timothy "DragonFly" Call, 20091315-03011212.
"ISN News had a rare look into the hierarchy of the Chig Military today through the eyes of our correspondent Kim Kaiser stationed near Anvil. Let's go to Kim right now. Kim? Can you hear me?
KK:"Yes, James, I can hear you loud and clear. The situation on Anvil looks weary. We are getting rumors of disagreements among the high ranking officers within the Chig Military. It doesn't look bad right now, but there's always a change things could escalate.
"What could be causing all this locomotion, Kim?
KK:"Well, Frank, it seems that like the Earth Military, General Jammer of the Chigs have had problems corraling his troops as well. Thus far only Jammer's ships have been moving to expand their territory with the seize on the system
Troy and others. With the little news coming out of the Chig goverment, we're just not sure what is going on. Back to you.
"Thank you, Kim. In other news, a new pirate group rose today and claim the 5-Star Region in the center of our galaxy: Arkang, Aeneas, Minos, Avon, and Bari. The pirates have declared themselves to be the Warhammers. More information wll be available on a later date. Frank Sanderson recently interviewed General Nerida Blackheart, head of the Aerotech Military Division. We now go to that interview.

FS:"General, Aerotech has been moving around quite surprisingly. By surprising I mean with a great deal of success. Is there a secret formula?
GN:"The basis for our success are our well-trained forces, maybe not that numerous as those of Earth, but certainly better trained, with high morale and high-end superb equipment that comes directly from our research labs, best in the quadrant.
FS:"Do you share any of this suberb technology with outside races?
GN:"I'm not afilitated with our distribution network. I would rather not speculate on that aspect of our military. I am a military general and whoever we supply equipment to is not my concern. Also our policy is the key to success, although some systems seem not to appreciate our presence in the area, they will soon realize that only strength of Aerotech rule could lead them to the safe and bright future.
FS:"Are you worried that this future may be tarnished by rebellion?
GN:"I don't think that the rebellions will last much longer. Webste has already fallen and other worlds are a matter of time. I believe that in time the rebellions will cease and that bright future will be seen.
FS:"Are there any plans that maybe our viewers would be interested in?
GN:"This is soon to be released, so I can can tell you now - our Chemical Labs on Atlantis II introduced a new pleasure drug that will revolutionize entertainment market. Stay tuned for details.
FS:"Is there the possibility that you are looking towards an alliance?
GN:"I'd rather not comment on that.
FS:"Would you form an alliance? Possibly to conquer another group?
GN:"Certainly alliance can be an asset. Obviously Earth posesses the largest fleet in the region and as soon as it becomes hostile, we'll all have to deal with the same problem.
FS:"Are you looking towards Earth as a target?
GN:"No comment. I would really like to chat longer but I have an appointment. Excuse me.
FS:"That was General Blackheart, Aerotech Military Division. Back to you James.

"Thank you Frank. Webste has fallen to Aerotech forces as the last rebel bunker was stormed late this agternoon. An Aerotech representative announced that the last rebel base was hit and no other materials are entering the system. This is a sign to other rebel worlds that Aerotech will prevail. Helios and Davaos are expected to be the next targets for crackdown.
"Earthling forces have reclaimed the Proxima system. The Proxima Government requires two to three days to ready the current politcal system to work under the military structure Earth wishes to place.
"AI forces claim the Lacaille System. Lacaille colonists have mixed feelings. There is apparently no obvious desention but there is no word from the current government applauding the action.
"There has also been a report of conflict near the Esquilax System. The Red Corsair fleet encountered Chig forces headed towards that system. The Chig forces Alpha Strike and Blitz encountered the Ark Royal, Double Deuce, Diamond Shark, and an F55 Griffon. The Red Corsair group was able to overwhelm the Chig forces with a force of almost ten to one. Both Chig vessels have been destroyed. There is no word of the location of the Red Corsair vessels from the conflict. Rumour has it that they have abandoned the Esquilax system for a nearby neutral system out of the reach of Chig forces.
"There were also two encounters between scout and non-scout forces. For security reasons these encounters have been kept confidential except to those parties to which the encounter occured. This information will be declassiffied within the next few days.

In league news. At the suggestion of Major Cavaleiro I would like to hold a meeting among a few of the game players in IRC. I have never been on IRC and would appreciate if someone could tell me how to get onto IRC. And also if I can store all of the talking in that room to put it in upcoming bulletins. Or if a chat room is easier or whatever to go there.
