Command Line Parameters |
A command line parameter is anything that is typed after the file that starts the game but before actually running the game. Ex. if the cheat you were interested in said to use RUN as a command line parameter for the game Boggle then before I started Boggle I would put the word run after the .exe file so it would look something like this: C:\boggle\boggle.exe run (where boggle.exe is the main .exe file, C:\boggle is the dirrectory where the game Boggle is, and where run is the command line parameter. |
Registered only cheats |
Registered only cheats are cheats that ONLY work in the registered versions of the game. |
Registered and Shareware cheats |
Registered and Shareware cheats work in ALL versions of a game unless otherwise stated. |
Secret Moves |
A secret move is any special move that is not documented anywhere with the game and does something special or unusual. |
Type in codes |
Type in codes are just cheat codes that are typed in at the keyboard just like you would type them word in a wordprocessor. |
[X] [Y] [Z] |
Anything that is in square brackets should be pressed simultaniously with all the other things that are in square brackets. Ex. if the cheat said [C] [A] [T] then you would press the C, A, and T keys at once. |
[Alt] |
This means that one of the keys that you are to press simultaniously is the Alternate key. |
[Backspace] |
This means that one of the keys that you are to press simultaniously is the Backspace key. |
[Ctrl] |
This means that one of the keys that you are to press simultaniously is the Control key. |
[Enter] |
This means that one of the keys that you are to press simultaniously is the Enter key. |
[F#] |
This means that one of the keys that you are to press simultaniously is the F# key. |
[R or L (Key name)] |
An R or an L in front of a key name tells you that for this part of the cheat to work you must use the right or the left key depending on which was in front of the key name. |
[Spacebar] |
This means that one of the keys that you are to press simultaniously is the Space key. |
