	---Game Modes:
Since this is a Japanese import game you may not be able to read the screen if you don't know Japanese. Here is a quick run down of what the options are in the order that they appear on screen:
Title Screen
	1 Player mode
2 Player mode (Human vs. Human)
2 Player mode (Human vs. Human Selected Computer Controlled Fighter)
	Tournament mode
Practice mode (practice attacking a non-attacking character, press Start to see the move list, press Select to exit)
	Options
Options Screen
Difficulty - normal, difficult, intimate friend, easy
	Time - on, off
	BGM - background music test
	Sound - sound effects test
	Voice Test
	Exit

	---Game Options:
After selecting your character you will be given the opportunity to assign "Ability Points" to your character. You have 15 points that you may assign. The ability points can be assigned to the following options:
Elemental Energy - increases the damage your special moves do,
Question Mark - increases the damage your MAX Move does,
Defense - decreases the amount of damage you take from attacks,
Handicap - increases the chances of your character not being able to perform a special move (attack will not come out and your character will be shocked after trying it),
Life Force - increases your life bar,
Attack - increases the damage your basic punches, kicks, and throws do.
Once you have set you ability points you won't be able to change them until you select a new character. Each computer controlled character has a different set of ability scores as well.

You will also be given a choice between "Manual" mode or "Auto" mode. The only difference between the two modes is the way to perform special moves and MAX moves. In "Manual" mode you have to perform the attacks using the commands listed in the move section below, but in "Auto" mode you can only perform special moves and MAX moves by holding either the L or R button and hitting one of the attack buttons:
L = weak version of attack
R = strong version of attack
L+R (no other button needs to be hit) = MAX Move listed for each character
Using a punch or kick button while holding L or R determines which special move you perform.

---Other Things You Need to Know:
To perform a MAX Power Move, your character's life bar must be very low or the game timer must be at 10 seconds or less.

Throws are UNBLOCKABLE. They can still be escaped so that you take less damage and don't fall helplessly to the ground.
Note: throws that are character specific special moves are blockable unless otherwise labeled, but no special move throw can be escaped.

In a 1 player game you can only select from the Inner Senshi (Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Chibimoon), but in a 2 player game or tournament mode you may choose from any of the 9 Senshi.

Most special moves and MAX Power Moves will cause your opponent to take a little bit of damage if they block.

When two projectiles meet they cancel each other. The button used to throw a projectile doesn't matter when projectiles hit each other; a projectile thrown with QCF+WP will cancel a projectile thrown with QCF+HP. MAX Moves that create projectiles will also cancel special move projectiles and continue to travel across the screen. Some other special moves and MAX Moves will cancel projectiles.

The strength of the button used to attack or to initiate a special move will determine the amount of damage the attack will do, the speed of the attack, the amount of recovery time from performing the attack, and the distance the attack travels. The stronger the button the more damage the attack will do and so on. A weak punch does little damage, is very quick, recovers instantly, and has little range, whereas a hard punch does much more damage, is very slow, takes a long while to recover, and has a long range. The same is true for a projectile thrown with a QCF+WP or QCF+HP.
