--==ALEX (surfer)==--
Race as a surfer instead of a skater.
At the character select screen, be sure to be on Ash on the left and do the
following:
press the left button 3 times,
press the right button 3 times,
press the left button 13 times.
Your cursor will be on Ash but the moving character image will be Ash's brother
Alex with his surf board.
Just press Start to select him.
--==P-NUT (boogie-boarder)==--
Race as a boogie-boarder instead of a skater.
At the course selection screen, choose your course with Start and continue to
hold Start when the character selection screen appears. Make sure you are on
Ash on the left side and do the following:
press the right button 6 times,
press the left button 6 times,
press the right button 3 times,
press the left button 3 times,
press the right button 4 times,
release Start.
Your cursor should be on Cookie but the moving character image will be
Cookie's sister P-Nut with her boogie-board.
Just press Start to select her.
--==Cartoonish Characters==--
Instead of playing the game with regular looking players, you can play the
game using cartoonish or Super-Deformed characters. Even the hidden characters
can be cartoonish. Beware, the players are bigger so they tend to block the
view ahead.
This code must be performed while on the course select screen:
press the left button 9 times,
press the right button 9 times,
press the left button 4 times,
press the right button 4 times,
press the left button 5 times,
hold down the front of the board,
press both yellow buttons together 3 times.
You should hear a laugh confirming the code. When you get to the character
select screen, the players will be cartoonish.

--==The Skating Arena==--
Instead of racing on one of the regular courses, you can play the game on a
secret level. It's not a race course and there are no time rings to jump
through or checkpoints. You will have 90 seconds to play around on the level.
There are many ramps, a half-pipe, and lots of other cool things to practice
your jumps on.
Here's how to get to this secret course:
1. Hold down the front of the board before pressing Start to begin your game,
2. While holding the front of the board down, press Start to go to the course
select screen,
3. Pick the "Expert" course,
4. Pick any character (even the secret characters),
5. When you start to move, let off of the front of the board,
6. Just skate off the edge of the first "Big Air" jump without performing a
trick,
7. Try to slow yourself down,
8. On the left side of the course there will be an opening in the fence just
after the beginning of the tunnel,
9. Jump through that hole.
You should be transported to the secret level.

| Miscellaneous Tricks |
========================
---Change Stance:
You can change whether your character uses "goofy foot" or regular stance by
holding both yellow buttons when selecting your character. This will also
change which direction the character's board is facing.
