About the Author of The Emissary

Guy Broster is a relative newcomer to Judge Diplomacy although he was a founder member of the Wargaming Society in his old school in 1989.
He has also played postal Diplomacy and has the honour of being the winner of the first game ran through the UK zine, Box Frenzy, where he committed a pathetic stab on Austria as Turkey and managed to somehow get away with it!

For anyone who is interested Guy is English, born and bred in Liverpool in the North of England and is currently working for the European Commission in Luxembourg as an Analyst. Although He loves Diplomacy, nothing will ever take the place of his favourite soccer team, Liverpool FC.

Thanks to Stephen Agar, who provided the inspiration for this site and to all the people who help keep the Judges up and running, as well as the GMs and of course fellow players.
