There are lots of card games out there, you name it, Magic, Vampire, Star Wars, etc, but since the beginning of the whole thing, OverPower is the one that has captivated my attention the most time. Maybe it's the artwork, maybe the gameplay, maybe not. I think what makes OverPower sooo cool is that it gives you a chance to play with your favorite comic book characters in ways that even the comics haven't shown us, like a team-up between Spider-Man and Witchblade, or how about Spawn and Superman? The possibilities are quite big, if not endless. Add some neat pics, and boom, a great game is born.

But lately, there's been something that has made both collectors and gamers alike quite sad (sometimes, even mad), and it's the fact that the current owners of OP show little concern for the future of the game. This truly worries me. Sure, maybe X-MEN OP is out and stuff, but a true OP fan (like myself, mind you) needs a lil' bit more... how can I put it... attention perhaps on behalf of the owners. Long gone are the days of great OP tournaments, not to mention the Venture, and so on. Oh well.
