The Castlevania series of games has been one of Konami's most successful ever since its introduction on the NES.
Little is known of the plot for the game but it does follow in the graphic tradition of its ancestors. The game's play mechanics are also slated to hold closely to its tradition of running, jumping and attacking various creatures of the night. It has also notably remained 2D and resisted the tempation to jump into the 3D platform realm.
Improvements appear to be more colors on screen and logically a larger world. Also expect cinema scenes Anime style. (Hopefully not live action) And voice.
