Elec Man was once a work robot for Dr. Light, but was transformed into one Wily's lackeys. Elec Man MUST finish his missions, due to his eagerness, and if he doesn't, he gets ticked. The bad part with Elec Man is, he loves to slack off, alot. His best hobby is to play the electric guitar, which he is pretty good at. Elec Man hates almost everything, especially Mega Man... and rubber things.
