Brief History:
 

Freeze Man was one of the four robots to search for Wily when he disappeared (he went to jail) for more than six months without communication. He is a manufacturer for an invalidity ego energy experiment trial robot. Freeze Man's armed with his Freeze Cracker which can freeze anything in it's way(it also shatters into many pieces when it hits a wall).

Freeze Man is a perfectionist and can't rest till everything is perfect. He loves explaining reasons in detail, which sometimes makes him annoying to the other Robot Masters. His main hatred in life is pollution. Everybody seems to think he's extremely boring.
