Brief History:

A master of robotics, Dr. Light will stop at nothing to find Wily and keep him in custody. Wily was once Light's friend and partner, till Wily betrayed Light and took his workbots. Dr. Wily managed to steal all, but two of the workbots, Mega Man and Roll. Light installed a weapon emulator on Mega Man and sent him out to capture Wily. Dr. Light and Mega Man managed to stop Wily eight times, and plan on stopping him everytime!
