Brief History:

 Quick Man is Wily's most fastest robots yet! Quick Man sometimes has problems controling his speed and might zoom past his enemies without even knowing(and bang into a wall or two). Quick Man's Quick Boomerang shooter is mounted on his wrist which he can fire three boomerangs at a time with. He can be beat with the combo of the Time Stopper and the Crash Bombs.
