Star Man was created for Dark Man's team
to try and frame Protoman. Star Man can create a shield of stars (the Star
Crash). With the Star Crash around him, Star Man can bounce around the
room, defying gravity and all. Star Man has complete control of the stars
which create the Star Crash, which he can shoot all around him.
