Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues

Hello Lisa! I just happened to read your story and I wanted to let you know that my husband and I just got back from Westgate Lakes.....here is my story.......
I got hooked up with Westgate through searching the web for a place for a vacation near universal studios......I was told that we would be a suite for 4 nights 5 days.....I also was given 2 tickets to universal studios......I have my own pitch......we have been to several timeshare presentations and the way I look at it.....if they are going to think I am going to fall for their scheme.....I will listen to it for 90 minutes only and then I am out of there.....again, we were presented with new techniques by these con artists.......we arrived at our presentation at 7:15 am first ones there to get our show over with so we could go to Sea World.......at 8:00 my husband went up and said something after many other people were going ahead of us.......our presenter came and said, "I have been here waiting for you." I said, "HATE IT, we have too.....since 7:15 so you have one hour left because we are on our way to Sea World......they showed us all the other locations, blah, blah, blah......are you ready for this? I told her, "Listen, I don't want to be rude, however, after seeing Dave Siegal's wall of fame with his Trophy Wife, the former Mrs. Florida who was married before (coincidence) I said, "I am not going to make him richer than he already is..." He is building an 88,000 square feet house, bigger than the White House.......I told our salesperson, Let him put pictures on the wall of him helping schools, abused women, shelters for the homeless....who cares if he is in a picture with Bo Derek and his wife? They still sent two more closers as they are called to try and sell us......they even had the nerve to inform us, "If we gave 200.00 dollars, we could stay a week for 795.00....." did not make sense.....I told Tony, our last closer, "I AM READY FOR SEA WORLD, NOT YOUR PRESENTATION ON GETTING ME TO BUY"
We left and had a fabulous day at Sea World, they let Teachers in for free.......so to me, I personally, no I KNOW we got the better end of them......but it goes to show how some people can rip others off without blinking an eye.....I could never do that to anyone.......there were so many people eating this stuff up....I wanted to scream, you are making a mistake.....I was told by someone working there that one day last summer a family thought they had bought a condo and moved all their stuff thinking they had a summer home.......let me know what you think..
