Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues

One year ago my husband And I took a nice weekend vacation trying to get away from everyday problems. We love to go to the Smoky Mountains. We were hounded by a lady to go do the 90 minute deal.In return we would recieve a full breakfast that morning and 2 nites in a hotel and 2 dinners and 2 breakfast and 2 show tickets. We said no ,so then she throws in 40.00 cash. O.K. 90 minutes we said. the place sold itself... It is beautiful, clean,new, the best of everything.We did not want to buy but we were then sucked into their nasty WEB!!! Pressured, he goes and gets his manager A beautiful southern charmer named Nikki! So sweet she says what can you afford after showing us Prices in the $24,000. range we laughed then before we knew it the price went down to$7000. They said financed for 5years at 17% , we said no we cannot do 5 years ok 10 years. Then we said 17% is alot ok 14%. well we did and we purchased in RED $12,800. One year ago , we put down $1,900 and we've paid our monthly payments and maintance fees.We have paid them $4,500.00 so far and not stayed one nite. We cannot get a week,they have over sold they are still under construction.We are told something different every time we call. Oh and that free trip and breakfast ,dinner ,and show tickets we called to book it and it is another timeshare!!!!!!!!!!!!We have to go to another 90 minutes with anoter time share. So all we got was 40.00. So that nice weekend in the SMOKY MOUNTAINS has caused alot of PROBLEMS in our marriage. If this place DID NOT LIE about so much it is a beautiful resort.Unless the unit we were shown ARE LIES TO!! WHO KNOWS WE STILL HAVE NOT STAYED THERE!!!!!!!!! IF YOU KNOW WHO I COULD COMPLAIN TO PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!
