Metals and magic

Metals:
The higher the metal type, the more potent weapon/armor, the more durable, and the more expensive to repair. Most generic items have a metal prefix, those that do not either are total garbage or have a hidden metal type. The only way to determine metal types that are not listed by a prefix seems to be to test it out in combat.
BRONZE - Weakest
IRON
STEEL
ALLOY
MITHRIL - Strongest
Unknowns:
LAEN - Reported to make very potent weapons and armor but I've gotten conflicting reports as to it's durability.
OBSIDIAN - May actually not be a metal type, it apparently indicates a sigil of cold resistance. Obsidian objects may have a hidden metal type.
SILVERY - Is not actually a metal tpye, it apparently just makes the item more $$ expensive and possibly allows it to hit creatures that are immune to non-magic weapons.
MAGIC
Seems to just go from least potent to most potent. Like metal types, only generic objects seem to have a magic type listed. Many weapons and objects have a magic type that is not indicated with a prefix, you can sometimes determine it with a successful delve.
BRIGHT - Least potent (Listed as a "Good magical combat bonus" delved)
SHINING - (Listed as a "Very Good")
GLOWING - (Listed as "Amazing")
LUSTROUS - (Not sure, I think it's listed as "Fantastic")
BRILLIANT - (Not sure, I think it's listed as "Incredible")
If you can shed some light on some of the harder to find properties, feel free to post anything confirmed you can here.
