The position of Prince is one of the most important positions in the court. It is a prince's job to serve his kingdom as well as to take the postion as king if the reigning king should die. There are only few requirements to obtain the postion of prince. He must serve as a knight during his adolesent and young adult years. A Prince must take the side by his father at all social events.
The position of Princess is not less or more important than that of the prince. However, a princess doesn't have to serve as a knight. She will take the Queen's royal position at the time of death of the Queen. The Princess is expected to bare children only after marriage has taken place. The Princess like the King and Prince must take the side by the Queen during social events as well.
